They might have boarded up the building, but Full Moon Seafood House lives on in 1s and 0s. After all, in these modern times, isn’t a website another window to the soul? Still active, FMSH’s website informs me:

• China Buffet specializes in Chinese buffet
• 300 sits are available (up and down stair) 

And a capsule review from the mysterious Dr. Minh:

“Full Moon Sea Food House reminds us of growing up in Oakland. The egg rolls have the thick, crispy shell we remember, not the thin ones that are popular now. The flavors of the foods also evoke an older style of Chinese cuisine. On our last visit, we enjoyed the beef with broccoli; lots of tasty broccoli, plenty of beef, but a bit too much sauce.”
