If you have a panic attack at 3AM, and the situation only escalates when you discover you’re completely out of Lorezapam, ask a friend (or concerned stranger) to drive you to this wonderful all-night establishment for a refill. You don’t even have to get out of your car: Walgreens offers the convenience of a drive-thru pharmacy–a neurotic’s nirvana. If you do go in the store, pick up some toilet paper and light bulbs. You always run out of those at the worst time too.

Walgreens offers crutches and hair extensions in the same aisle because lots of folks break their legs and bust their weaves.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is no longer 24 hour. :^(
But the main store still is.

1. Nobody waits at Walgreens!
- If we see 3 or more customers in line we are supposed to open another register. The cashier is to call for help by saying “IC3″ (I see 3 people/parties)
2. In your aisle, gets a smile!
- Be friendly, acknowledge customers with a smile, and offer to help them.
3. It’s no problem!
- When problems arise for a customer, work on it until it is solved.
4. The telephone’s for you!
- Pick up by the third ring.
- Say “Thank you for calling (Your 24 hour) Walgreen’s. I’m ______, How may I help you?
5. Company’s coming!
- The store is your home away from home. Take pride in it and keep it neat clean and organized for the customers.
6. See you soon!
- Always thsnk the customer for coming, and make them feel welcome to return.
7. Surprise!
- Surprise your customers by doing something unexpected, going above and beyond for them.
